How does the 14-day right of withdrawal work?

You can return products to us within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This also applies if you bought them during discount promotions. However, we cannot accept returns of products that have been cut or processed.

Simply contact us by email with your order number at support@tanaras.de, to announce your return. You will receive your refund IMMEDIATELY after we receive the package.

Please ensure that the product is unused and sent back in its original packaging.

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is simple. Make sure your return is sent to the correct address. You will find this in the first step of the following instructions.

The credit will be issued within 24 hours after we have received your package.

  1. Pack the item and label the package
    Place the items in the package and seal it securely. Clearly write your address (sender) and our following return address (recipient) on the package.

  1. Send the return
    You can drop off the package at parcel shops and parcel stations of DHL, DPD, Hermes, and GLS. Simply purchase an affordable shipping label with tracking on site. Please keep the issued return receipt as proof.
  1. Receive your refund
    Check the tracking to see if we have received your return. From that moment, it only takes 24 hours to credit the order.
