How does the 14-day right of withdrawal work?

You can return products to us within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This also applies if you bought them during a discount campaign. However, we cannot accept any cut or processed products back.

Simply contact us via email with the order number at support@tanaras.de to announce your return. You will receive the refund IMMEDIATELY after receiving the package.

Make sure that the product is unused and sent in the original packaging.

How do I return a product?

Returning an item is easy. Make sure that your return is sent to the correct address. You will find this in the first step of the following instructions.

The credit will be made within 24 hours after we receive your package.

1. Pack items and label the package
   Put the items in the package and seal it securely. Write your address (sender) and our return address (recipient) clearly on the package.

2. submit a return
   You can drop off the package at DHL, DPD, Hermes and GLS parcel shops and packing stations. Simply book a cheap shipping label with shipment tracking on site. Please keep the return receipt issued as proof.

3. get a refund
   Check your tracking number to see if we have received your return. From that point on, it will only take 24 hours to credit your order.
