We’re happy to deliver to you – no matter where you are.
Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

Germany: Free shipping on all orders of €50 or more.

Other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during checkout.
Delivery Times

Germany: Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed (or after payment is received if you choose advance payment).

Weekends & Holidays: Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Mixed orders: If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel (unless agreed otherwise). The delivery time will then depend on the item with the longest delivery time.

Stock availability: In some cases, delivery may take between 3 and 21 days, depending on availability. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and are happy to provide updates on request.
